List view takes a holiday

:?: After upgrading to Tiger PF's list view comes up blank. Column view and Icon view are o.k. but all that is displayed in list view are disclosure triangles, no text. It would be nice to be able to fix this.

Make sure two menu items under View menu checked:
Show File Names
Show Icons
